Readiness
Before launch, run python app.py readiness --strict. It verifies the repo, public site, workflows, generated visual packet, and free local copy without calling a paid backend.
Launch order
Publish proof before asking for attention.
The sequence matters: make the artifact real, then distribute.
1. Generate report
Run python app.py challenge --outdir reports/challenge and capture the proof dossier, PDF proof, UI mockup, badge, social card, and HTML report.
2. Release artifacts
Attach the generated bundle to a GitHub Release and link the report gallery from the README.
3. Launch channels
Post Show HN, Product Hunt, X, LinkedIn, and relevant communities with the report as the primary proof.
